Our Story

Mission & Theme

Established in 1992 with a humble mission to unfold the true potential of children with intellectual disabilities. Kalrav started with just 5 children and today nurtures over 95+ students daily, providing a comprehensive environment where they can meaningfully participate in social and general life.

We address education, physical therapy, and livelihood through three structured, interlocking areas of intervention.

Special Education & Yoga

Special Education & Yoga

Provides customized functional academics, daily-living knowledge, and holistic physical wellness training including annual Yoga Day celebrations and therapeutic Reiki.

Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Lab

Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Lab

Features a fully equipped in-house Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation department with motor-skill exercise units, parallel bars, treatment cages, and subsidized care.

Vocational Training & Livelihood (Ages 18+)

Vocational Training & Livelihood (Ages 18+)

Empowers special students toward financial self-reliance through year-round work activities. Runs an industrial paper-bowl manufacturing unit (supporting up to 18 children) and office file preparation.

Special Olympics World Stage

International Medals & Participation

  • 🥈Shanghai, China (Cricket): Mr. Nadim Patel won the Silver Medal representing India.
  • 🥇Los Angeles, USA (Table Tennis): Mr. Anish Delavala won the Gold Medal at the World Games.
  • 🏅Newcastle, Australia: 7 students participated, winning multiple medals in Badminton, Swimming, and Table Tennis.
